This page outlines the Environmental Control policies and procedures for the Jockey Club. The Environmental Control Committee (ECC) is responsible to the Board for the identification of violations and enforcement.
The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions 2018 outlines the ECC responsibilities and regulations and supersede our previous regulations . The new regulations are found below:

ECC Permit Application
If you are contemplating improvements to your property check the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and the ECC Rules. Complete an ECC Permit application (below) and submit it to the Jockey Club Office for approval. Include as much information as possible
