INFORMATION SHEETS

NOTE:  All homeowners, both existing and new, are requested to complete the above form and submit it to the Jockey Club Office to allow us to complete our membership list.  Your information will be kept confidential.

NOTE:  In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Article X, Section 2 it is necessary for all landlords and prospective landlords to apply to the Board for approval of tenants.  The Residential Rental Form must be completed and submitted for approval to the Jockey Club office.  This is now a mandatory requirement with the information provided kept confidential.

JOCKEY CLUB TENANT BACKGROUND CHECKS

Residential Background Check

Please complete the Residential Background Check Application and and submit it to the Jockey Club Office with the processing fee of $50.00 per person over the age of eighteen (18).  In addition a legible copy of a photo ID for all applicants over the age of eighteen (18) is required.  All information will be kept confidential.

Upon receipt of the completed Background Check, the Jockey Club will advise the owner regarding approval or disapproval of the tenant within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the application.

Background checks conducted by landlords or tenants other than through the Jockey Club will not be accepted.

NOTE:  In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Article X, Section 2 it is necessary for all landlords and prospective landlords to apply to the Board for approval of tenants.  A Background Check must also accompany each application for tenancy for each tenant eighteen (18) years of age or older.  It is the landlord's or tenant's responsibility to pay for the Background Check.
